Price reduction due to prior learning

We had a calculator error which was miscalculating the price reduction, this has now been fixed however there is no way to amend the price reduction on DAS, the ILR has been updated however the changes to review on DAS only change the new TNP and does not update the new reduction. Is there a way to edit this on the apprenticeship service to match the ILR? Will this cause an issue during audit?

Hi,

Did you do the correction by amending the original amount or by adding a residual price? When you next do a data submission via submit learner data you should get a ILR mismatch notification on DAS that will allow you to correct the price to match the ILR.

Hi thanks for the reply, ive updated TNP1 via the ILR and i got the ILR mismatch on DAS notification so the total price is now correct however the amount deducted in the new fields you complete if RPL was identified is now wrong by around £50 and i cant seem to amend that.

Ah, interesting, I haven't come across that scenario yet. I would suggest contacting them to ask if they can manually amend from their side. If not that I believe the likely suggestion will be to remove the cohort all the way back to the start and load a new one with the correct price and adjustment.
