Hi,

I received the following error when i uploaded my data: 

FundModel=37|ProgType=32|LearnAimRef=Z0059756|LearnStartDate=11/05/2024| The Learning aim reference is not valid in the LARS database for this Funding model and this Learning start date

I looked n FALA and it says the last day for new starts was April 5th however, i did not get this error on my May upload. Can anybody shed some light on this?

Hmmm, doesn't look like the aim has been updated since last November? Did you have any starts after 5 April in last month's ILR?

DfE Skills Bootcamps - Construction and the Built Environment - Green Skills - Level 3 (submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk) looks roughly the same or maybe DfE Skills Bootcamps - Engineering and Manufacturing - Green Skills - Level 3 (submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk) but they are valid through to the end of the year? Don't know enough about Bootcamps to know if you have to use a very specific aim, sorry...

Would depend on the start date for the aims. The example you give seems to start on 11th May, hence it triggers the warning - anything starting on 5th April or earlier would be OK.
