Which monthly payment report? I know there was a bit of a lag between the press release announcing the massive change in policy mid-year and our good friends at ESFA being able to change their reporting systems, but I thought the plan was for it to be fixed in the R10 data? Haven't seen an official announcement either way admittedly, so maybe it won't be sorted til next month...
(also, categorically thought you were referring to learners from 3 years ago, not their age, when you said "20/21" and was very confused for a moment...)
Same for us Matthew - 5% from employer listed for a non-levy 21 yr old apprentice who started with us in May.
The above states that the 5% will be represented until June, at which point payments for April and May will be backdated. Could that mean represented until R11, where payments are made for R09 & R10 are reconciled? In which case it should sort itself out next month instead?
We raised the queries with ESFA to be sure by providing them with the learner's ULN. This was the response:
We haven't got a final release date yet for this to go live. Providers will still receive 95% of funding at the moment but this should be resolved after the release goes live.

Employer Co-Investment for 20/21 Year Olds
Edited
Hi. We've had multiple learners that are 20/21 that have started after the 1st of April but we're on the Monthly Payment Reports they are showing as needing co-investment from the Employer. I was under the impression that the 5% was no longer needed for those learners after the 1st of April
Previously nothing was needing to be changed on the ILR for a Young Learner, am I missing something?
Matt,
