If it's a different Standard code, you can only base it on RPL. You don't always need evidence for RPL, have you done a Skills Scan where the apprentice says what they think they can do? Also, if she studied with your provider, surely you know what KSBs were already covered? RPL is really about what you're not going to deliver as a result of prior learning.
If it's the same Standard Code (even if a new version number), you're limited by what's left in the band.

Apprentice with no RPL but funding claimed

Hi, we have a learner who started her qualification with us back in July 22 and was withdrawn in January 23, meaning 6 months worth of app funding drawn down.
She has now asked to start up the same qualification (although different version of the standard has been released since). There is not enough evidence for us to map over RPL. However, we are aware that she has already had some of the funding for this.
Does anyone have any advice on what we should do i.e content, price, duration. We were thinking perhaps we could reduce the duration she has to complete, or just reduce the price as we can't evidence the RPL. Not sure if anyone has had this situation before and how best to play it? We obviously want to ensure we are being compliant with the funding rules.
Any advice would be great.
Thank you
