Has anyone else had any issues in uploading an ILR file to the PDSAT system today?

I have tried several times today with both our final R11 return and also a new file created today but get a "Fail" message each time.

It's been reported to their helpdesk but as yet no reply.

Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and managed to get the issue resolved?

Good afternoon Darren Hands,

Is this still occurring for you?

Thank you,

The guys at KPMG managed to get a fix sorted yesterday - so it's now sorted.

We're still having issues with the other query I posted though with the DAS

I am still having an issue with this, I submitted a file yesterday on the PDSAT and it failed, I pulled data this morning after seeing this post, just in case and have submitted it this morning and it has also failed, are there still issues with the system?

Thanks

Lisa

Thanks for letting me know Darren, sorry to hear it isn't working for you, but also glad to know it isn't just me!

I have just emailed their Helpdesk to state it is not working again and that it's not helpful with this being Period R12 in the funding year.

Will update the thread if I get a reply

Great thank you Darren, I also agree not great at all that we cannot check our data when we are so close to the end of the academic year, hopefully they will fix it quickly.

They (KPMG) have put a "fix" in place and it's now working for me - for now.  As it's happened twice this week, I fear if I try again tomorrow the same issue will occur.

Hi, Is anyone able to save annotation on PDSAT and refer it back later?

Thank You

Hi Aayushi,

I keep all the copies of the reports when I have ran them, annotate them and then upload the new annotated spreadsheet onto the PDSAT system in the annotations section so next time I run a report it pulls through the details of the previous annotations I have added.  Although occasionally it doesn't pull through all my annotations.  With having the spreadsheet saved on my system as well I can refer back to anything on there as well.

I hope this helps.

Thanks
