You'd definitely want to make sure the training plan was updated to reflect the revised dates.
Whether you need to update the TSA would depend on what it already says about changes (i.e., whether an update is required in such circumstances and what such an update would entail), but also whether the revised planned end date would extend beyond the length of the contract.

When an apprentice returns from a Break in Learning (returning to the same employer and same Apprenticeship Standard) which documents are needed to be re-done and re-signed? I have completed a revised 'Apprenticeship Agreement' - this is our own version (not the ESFA version) and it details the new start date and revised planned end date.
Do we need the revised Apprenticeship Training Services Agreement too (i.e. the 'contract of particulars')?
Thanks
