Change Actual End Date (withdrawn) after TAS has been stopped

Created

We have processed a learner as withdrawn with an actual end date of 22/02/2024.

TAS has been stopped by the employer as of March.

We have since found evidence of learning until June 2024.

Are we able to change the actual end date before the hard close - will we draw down the additional months funding? I don't imagine the employer will change the stop date in TAS.

Do you mean the Apprenticeship Service? I call it DAS (Digital Apprenticeship Service) or AS, but never heard it called TAS, what does the T stand for?

You absolutely can correct ILR admin errors before the hard close, but is there consistent learning between Feb and June? If there's two clear calendar months with no OTJ recorded, you'd have to have a break in there.

If the employer won't change the stop data in the Apprenticeship Service, you're not getting any more funding anyway. Why wouldn't they change the stop date if there really is OTJ activity in June and there was consistent learning in between? If the learning wasn't done with the knowledge of the employer, or was just a tiny bit in June after a big gap, I'd say it doesn't count as OTJ anyway, and the end date should stay as Feb.

(I'm guessing T stands for The!)

Of course! 🤣 I really did think about this for a good minute. I'm tired.
