AAF Dashboard - Long break in learning, showing returned learner

It feels like I've been positing alot about the AAF Dashboard for which I apologise!

We've noticed an issue where learners who have returned to learning are being included in the long break in learning figures. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.

These learners are showing as returned to learning on the recently released QAR r10 data, so not sure why they'd be included in the long break in learning data?

Thanks for this! It helped me confirm that I wasn't going crazy.

They seem to have resolved this on our dashboard and removed the learners who have now returned. 

I'd opened up a customer service query, but I never got a response (haven't got a response yet).

I guess it's something to keep an eye on, maybe they occasionally get the dashboard segment wrong?

Kind of interesting that it happened R10/R11 last year, almost as though they just rolled over last year's version with the mistake still in (let those who have never, cast the first stone ;))...
