Completed Learners

Hello

I am new to claiming completions for my learners on the ILR, our learners have completed and achieved EPA (awaiting certification) - do I just put the completion dates in ie EPA date. I am reading some things on here about the co-investment - but Im not sure where I put that I have received my co-investment on the ILR? Do I not get my 20% retention if this isnt recorded?

This guidance will hopefully be of help on the subject of recording completions in general - Recording apprenticeship standard completions.

Regarding the co-investment question, you are correct that if you don't record that you've received it where you are obligated to collect it, you won't get your completion payment. You will need to record this as a PMR within the apprenticeship financial record section of your ILR. Guidance can be found here - Funding model 36: Recording financial data.

Thank you Ben for your reply - I am trying to add the information but when I put in PM it won't allow me to put in PMR and I am getting a red exclamation mark?  I presume I am just adding it to the ZPROG financial record which shows the TNP 1 and TNP2 ?  Many thanks in advance

Yes, that's the section.

If it's a co-investment payment you've received from the employer to contribute to the cost of training you'd add the amount (to the nearest whole £) as PMR-1, with a date reflective of when you received the payment.
