No new starts, but we do have a couple still on programme that are ACT2. I'm assuming they'll get rid of ACT altogether once they're sure they're all out of the system, but that could be another couple of years yet. If the guidance you're looking at is the PSM, they aren't very good at taking obsolete stuff out of there, so it's becoming increasingly confusing.
It's in the ILR spec too, so yes confusing - wasn't sure if i was doing something wrong, eg when a learner has been made redundant, should I have been adding it. Thanks Ruth Canham-James

Hi all, I know this is going to sound like a stupid question - I have been reading the new guidance and there is still mention of ACT 2, are there any scenarios where this should be used? All employers are on DAS so I wasn't sure if this would still be used at all. Thanks
