Hi, if a leaner has completed/achieved a L2 apprenticeship standard, what prior attainment level would that equivalent to?

It's not in the ILR Spec list of full level 2, so that makes it non-full level 2 (code 3). It doesn't seem right, but that's what it is if they didn't do a full level 2 component aim.
