Learning Delivery and Instance Information

Hi, I work for an Employer/Provider using the levy providing Level 3 and Level 5 apprenticeships. I can see that there is a section on the ILR Learner Tool for Learning Delivery HE (and within it "Instance Information"). Please can you advise if this would need to be completed in our case. 

It would appear that this has never been completed on our returns (and we have never had any issues) but I wanted to confirm after a read through of the specification.

Only if you have a relationship with OfS. If your L5 Apps don't have a mandatory qual that is regulated by OfS then you're fine (and, as you've not had any issues up to now, I'm assuming that is the case!)

If anyone else reads this thread and does have a relationship with the OfS, you only need the HE data set on actual L4+ regulated qualifications, not on the L4+ Standard programme aim, or on any L4+ non-regulated aims you've been forced to include. Don't let OfS persuade you otherwise.
