Planned Learning Hours are captured per learner per year, rather than at aim level: https://guidance.submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk/24-25/ilr/entity/Learner/field/PlanLearnHours.
Aim dates remain as they were unless, as you say, they were entered incorrectly.

Study Programme Carry Overs from 23/24 to 24/25

Hi, just a query on the planned hours for Study Programme learners carrying over from 23/24 to 24/25 year. I have read in Annex C of the Funding Guidance for young people (March 24) Question 12 and Answer 12 that you must set and adjust the planned hours for learners and to treat them the same as a new start. Am I correct in saying that the expected end dates that were set when they started in the previous year stay the same? We have a learner who changed vocational qualification and it may be that she will complete earlier than the original one that was set for her but I was always under the understanding that expected end dates must never be altered unless it was an Admin error at start. TIA
