RO1 Upload - XML is not well-formed

Hi, I have tried to upload my ILR file today on the Submit my leaner Data and I have kept getting XML is not well-formed. I was able to upload yesterday and it was fine, it produced the Validation report, however it had errors so I never submitted. I have done it his afternoon and I have hit the stumbling block. I have not got my dates mixed up... I swear to you on that. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same error come up.
any advice and support would be greatly appreciated.
