If it stopped working from one year to the next then it suggests there an issue with the dates within the .xml file or the filename. Please can you get in touch with us via The Help Portal
Please also upload this .XML file to SLD and provide us with the reference number so we can view it for issues and find a solution.

R01 Issue that has me baffled when submitted

Hi All,
I have looked at the xml and the aims/apprentices etc to try and work out what is missing but I'm stuck.
We have apprentices (only about 16 that are active) and who are fine on every ILR submission last academic year on SLD. They are showing as correctly, as far as I can tell on the ILR and on the xml but it just won't accept it on submit learner data - it isn't even saying there is an issue with XML file.
The error I get:
I am really stuck - has anyone had this and/or anyone come across this before??
Any help and advice greatly appreciated.
