Hi.
We have a learner who has enrolled in 23/24 and has a visa as Residence Leave to remain which covers 3 years residency in the UK - this doesn't appear to be a category within the funding rules as this shows indefinite and discretionary - Could you please advise if this learner would be eligible?

Leave to Remain is "just" a normal visa, so learner would need to have been here for three years to be eligible under the Other non-UK Nationals heading.
