Issues adding cohorts

Over the last couple of days we've had issues with a couple of employers not being able to submit cohorts for apprentices on the systems engineer (degree) standard. When they try to do so, it says "This training course is only available to apprentices with a start date before 07 2019", which would surprise me, considering cohorts were added just fine last year, and the year before etc.
The standard hasn't changed, and isn't undergoing review, at least not according to IfATE. There are, oddly, 2 options for systems engineer (degree) for the employer to choose from, but both trigger the exact same error:

Hi Ben James, its not a version issue is it? I only say this because we have come across an issue (not the same as yours but similar)...just thought id mention in case it is that.
