They'll need to get a statement of comparability from Ecctis Home Page (ecctis.com) Should be about fifty quid?
Watch out for English though, as it's often not English as a first language if it was obtained overseas, even when Ecctis deem it "equivalent". They just say "English", but my "German" GCSE would definitely not be an acceptable level of German if I were to study there! We rarely record overseas equivalence exemption for English (we do it a lot for maths). There's no guidance on that distinction, but we think it's important.

Hi,
I would really appreciate advice on the below please.
We have an apprentice who has provided evidence of achieving Garde A English and Grade B Maths.
The evidence provided is from the Government of Kerala General Education Department, secondary school leaving certificate.
Could this be used as an exception please?
