It's in two reports, and neither is perfect for the job!
The best way to do it is check the Apps Monthly Payment report every month, Filter for levy employers, and where the "...co-investment (below band upper limit) due from employer" column for the latest payment month is not zero. Those are the ones you need to invoice. We don't invoice monthly, just quarterly, as sometimes the amounts are less than £5.
That only works for the current year though. You need to check if they owed money in a previous year. You could always go back through your 22/23 and 21/22 R14 Apps Monthly Payment Reports. You can also check the Apps Co-investment Contributions report. That will show you total £ owed in this year and previous years, and also compare that with PMR received, but it doesn't show you whether they're levy or not! I end up doing some manual vlookup stuff to get that in so I can filter for which levy employers owe us money.
It's definitely easier to use the Apps Monthly Payment Report regularly. We record it all on a separate tracking sheet so we can invoice quarterly.

Completion Payments and Co-Investment
Created
We have a learner who has just entered gateway who is from a levy paying employer which has dipped into the Co-Investment model due to low levy funds. This has happened infrequently during their 4 year apprenticeship. This is a new scenario to me as all our learners are either non-levy and have a set amount invoiced per month and at gateway for their completion payment, or are levy paying and do not dip into the co-investment model at all. Where do I look on the co-investment reports to see about completion payments? They don't appear in the columns I usually look at, the monthly figures. I'm concerned in case this employer has dipped into co-investment for the completion payment and I'm not sure how much I would need to raise an invoice for. Where can I find this in the reports?
Thanks in advance for your help.
