As long as the ILR start date is not before their start date on the Apprenticeship Service, you'll get paid (providing all of the other checks are also okay). Below is a list of what comparison's they run on the data:
-
an identifying number for the apprentice (the Unique Learner Number)
-
the provider reference number (UKPRN)
-
the apprenticeship standard code from Find a learning aim
-
the total negotiated price
-
an additional check to ensure that the start date on the ILR is not before the start of the record on the employer’s account
-
the ‘Apprenticeship financial record date’ in ILR returns

DAS and ILR have different Start Dates
Created
We have a few individuals that were set up on DAS with May start dates but the individuals didn't enrol until June - when checking the payment report I can see we have received payments. Has this now been changed that if Das is set up prior to the ILR goes in that training providers will still get paid..
