Good morning - we are just carrying out our final audit checks for R14 and have identified a handful of learners that have been recorded as achieved for Maths on the ILR with the incorrect award body. We changed AB's for our FS part way through this year and everyone who was on a BIL has been brought back on the old AB and now have been achieved as such. Some have also completed their whole Standard so are fully closed down.
Can I still amend these aim to the correct AB even though they went through R12 and R13 as a completer on the original AB?
Thanks in advance

Short answer, yes 😊 You should always correct your data when you can. You don't want the wrong awarding body going in their PLR data.
