Hi 

I was paid for a completion in my Aug ILR remittance, but this time Sept ILR, the 20% completion has been deducted? Why would this be?

There are so many possible issues. One thing that hit us was staff unticking the small employer flag because the apprentice progressed and it wasn't required for the new apprenticeship (it's a bit particular to our MI system). I've just unpicked one of those and fingers crossed the money appears back in the R14 Apps Monthly Payment report!
