FM35 restarts

We have a few learners funded by FM35 who are on a BIL.
When these learners return to learning, I'm not sure if the restart should be on FM35 or the new FM38 for ASF. I haven't found any guidance about this - does anybody know?

My gut feeling is a restart is under the same original funding flags or else it won't link up correctly in some systems. Interested to hear if anyone has already asked ESFA directly.
Yes, definitely FM35, learners always remain on the same funding stream they start on. The restart flag will be particularly important for these ones!!!
