We do migrate the previous years data (excluding staff members who left in the previous year) so you don't have to enter everything from scratch. You can update the records for 23/24.
If you click on the blue FE workforce icon and select 'return staff data' then 'use on-line form' you'll see a list of your migrated staff, if you click the change icon you can update the record, you can also add new staff members from this screen.
I think you may have accessed the data via the reports and data view which only allows you to view the data. I've attached relevant screen shots below. If this doesn't help please contact the service desk and they can check you've got the right access etc.

FE Workforce survey - Form Submission

I may have missed something with the notices that have come out. We submit the FE workforce survey using the online form. I understand that it's opened, however we can't make changes to our staff data. It's been pre-populated from last years submission, but there is no 'edit' or 'change' button. Is the online form not fully live yet?
