Employer in Administration

Have a learner who was placed at an employer that has gone into administration. The employer was a co-contributor and at the time of going into administration hadn't paid the outstanding invoice. The learner has now been placed at a new setting that isn't required to pay a contribution fee. My question is how will I receive the completion payment for this learner as their record will show an outstanding PMR amount relating to the first employer which no longer exists?
Any help would be much appreciated

I'd just ask ESFA. They might give you special permission to put in a PMR record that never really happened. I've had permission to do odd things like that before now.
