Yes, I just checked and we've done that several times (had a FS start date after the Programme aim EED, and a later FS EED) and it's fine. It shouldn't happen if all the checks are done up front, but it clearly has happened to us a number of times (I'm off to question that). It'll just delay your Actual End Date on the Programme Aim and them sitting EPA.

Adding FS to the ILR after the EED

We have a learner whose declared proxies are not valid and now we have to deliver L2 FS, however he has already past his EED. Can I still add the FS to the ILR and would I have to backdate them in line with his EED or can I add a new EED just for the FS (if I do this will it throw up any errors?)
