Learner Approval on Apprenticeship Service

Over the last couple of weeks, i am getting reports from learners that they are unable to confirm their accounts on the Apprenticeship Service. 

Learners are being faced with a message saying "we cannot find your apprenticeship, contact your employer or training provider"

The learners are live, no datalocks, generating funding so seems strange.

I know this isn't mandatory for learners to approve/set up  but it seems very strange.

I've had some in the last couple of weeks say the same. We're checking that the name & DOB they're putting in matches what we have for them.

So far only one had been putting in a different name (shortened version).
