Is that the Additional Payments? They renamed them for 22/23, though even ESFA keep referring to them as Incentive Payments in an Apprenticeship Service project they're working on 😂
It'll just get clawed back automatically if the Actual End Date is in an open academic year. Check your Apps Monthly Payment report after the next ILR, it should show up in there. If you've already paid the employer, you have to try and get it back from them, which can be tricky.

Received Incentive Payment but apprentice withdrew

we have received the final incentive payment for an apprentice, however they have now withdrawn a day before they would've eligible for the 12 month payment...do we need to return the funds back to the ESFA or does this happen automatically once we enter the learning actual end date into the ILR?
