Out of funding apprentice return from BIL

We have a learner who was out of funding when they went onto a BIL, they have now returned and need another 3 months on programme to allow them to complete, as we are technically adding an additional 3 months to the practial period, do we have to add additional OTJ? our MI system has added extra it and Im in 'discussion' with delivery colleagues abou that
I've raised a ticket with the helpdesk but I wonder if anyone has come across this before and can let me know what they did, I can't find anythng in PSM etc re OOF learners going onto/returning from a BIL

Hi Wendy,
you don't. As long as the learner has met the minimum OTJ for the programme you are fine.
