An levy employer has used Jan 2027 instead of Jan 2028 as the Planned training end date on the DAS. Is this an issue - I'm under the impression that the ILR drives the data and funding payments?

The ILR does drive it, but if it hasn't been approved you can change it.
Unfortunately it has been approved so we are unable to change it. However the Apprenticeship Service have confirmed it should not be an issue as the ILR data is correct and this will drive the funding.
