Redundant apprentice - new employer within 12 weeks - ACT query
Created
I have an apprentice who was made redundant and has started with a new employer within the 12 weeks timescale.
I have created the employment record with OET 1 to cover the unemployment period and then will add the new employment record.
As we are not changing the enrolment data, do I need to create a new ACT 1 code with start date that matches the new employment start date? The previous employer was ACT 1. I understand that the off the job hours should remain as originally planned (and then the TNP3 and TNP4 created with the residual costs).
It's the ACT coding I can never remember how to deal with!
Thanks

No, you can just leave it since they're all ACT 1 now 🙂
