Hi, we had an Apprentice who was with us from the 01.11.2023 to 01.07.2024 on a Level 2 Standard in Hairdressing but had to leave for personal reasons. She is now returning to her Apprenticeship in January 2025. She was also working towards her Level 2 English which she started on the 13.11.2023 but stopped on the 01.07.2024 due to her leaving. As we have had some funding for the English how do I record this on the ILR when she returns, do I just record the remainder of the months that she had left as her original expected end date for this qualification was 12.11.2024. It's in the PSM. I know it says after a BIL, but it would apply for a restart after a full withdrawal too.
