I feel like this comes up once a week, and it's understandable as i've never seen it clearly laid out anywhere and I had to go on a big run around trying to find out myself before someone answered.

As it stands to my knowledge the first of the three payments is shown on the apps indicative funding report from FIS/Submit, it will also be on the ESFA remittance statements you receive. The additional two later payments are only shown on the remittance statements, I set up an internal tracking system that checks time on programme and warns finance/apprenticeships team about payments due.
