Hello I keep getting the following message for a learner and feel I am going around in circles - any  help?  the learner did fully complete and left prior to EPA. Many thanks in advance.

FundModel=36|ProgType=25|CompStatus=3|LearnStartDate=17/10/2022|AchDate=02/12/2024| The completion status has not been returned

Thank you for your reply - if I remove the achievement date - I get the following error and if I put the actual end date in I get an error something similar to it needs to be 7 days after actual end date? sorry

CompStatus=3|LearnDelFAMType=ACT|LearnDelFAMDateTo=|AchDate=|LearnActEndDate=25/11/2024| The achievement date is not known, therefore the Date applies to record must be the same as the Learning actual end date.

You have to close your ACT record too (and it needs to match the AED on the aim). That's always the case when you record an Actual End Date, be it a Withdrawal or Completion.

You need to add the end date to the ACT record. The only one that pings the "more than 7 days" error is if you're matching the ActEndDate and AchDate.
