OTJ HOURS FOR RPL ON DAS

We have an apprentice who started in 2021, left 1 month before planned end date, has subsequently been re-employed by the same employer, with all but 20% of funds used. When trying to add onto the DAS it does not like the OTJ hours, added 3 months to complete, OTJ hours left 31 as already completed 526 hours, can anyone please advise as there is no option to account for restarts.
I have raised with the Apprenticeship service who have escalated to the technical support team, but we all know how long that takes ....

We told them in the test phase that this wouldn't work. Honestly, since it doesn't power anything (yet), you could just put in whatever hours it took to make it work. I'm glad you've raised it though, I'd be really interested in their response.
