We contacted the PDSAT helpdesk at the end of January and got the following response:
We currently don’t have any timelines regarding when the 2425 sampler functionality will be ready, we will let you know as soon as we receive any more information please, thank you.
Hopefully they'll be available soon as we find them really useful.

It would be really useful if this was fixed before our subcontracting audit in May.
PDSATs notifications just states 2024/2025 FIS and ILR reports have now been released in and are available to run. Cross ILR and Sampler reports are still in development and we will be announced when available. Please contact the PDSAT Helpdesk if you experience any issues.
Thanks for that Chris and Melanie! I must have missed it. Guess we'll use last years working papers. Then go again in a few months time when they're out. We want to get in two internal audits a year, so we can check if any actions we find in the first have been fixed by the second. But realistically if we don't do one this month we won't have time to implment any changes and then check again as a part of a continuous improvement cycle.
Fingers crossed there won't be too many changes! (looks at functional skills, looks at minimum duration).

Online PDSAT sampler not working,

I think this might be to do with the working papers for 24/25 as I haven't seen them announced. However as it's Feb, they're normally working by now.
We're uploading a FIS return to the online PDSAT,
Going to the sampler page, selecting our apprenticeship provision (30 learners), choosing run.
After five minutes it says the status shows Failed.
Are we trying to do this too early?
