Hi,
For ASF funded provision if a learner has provided the EUSS code where it evidences pre-settled or settled status does this evidence that the learner has lived in the UK for the previous 3 year's or would we need to obtain further evidence from the learner along with a self-declaration?

If they've got Settled under EUSS then they *must* have been here 5 years, so that's fine, in my opinion. I *think* we're now at a point that anyone who applied for Pre-Settled during the initial wave must also have been here three years as well?
