Good morning,
I am hoping that you can help me. As a provider, we are just in the process of starting an apprentice from a Non Levy employer who is going to be receiving a levy transfer to cover the cost of their programme.
The funding rules state we must obtain a Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) declaration covering the costs of what they would have paid in co-investment.
Is there any specific format that this needs to be in?
