Completion payments witheld after R08 submission on FM36 report

OK so our data manager has input Actual End Dates wrong essentially not worth going into why just a mistake on dates. Creating a situation where actual end date was given as.... a) June/24 so previous year and b) obviously before the learner completed and achieved date 18/3/25. This has resulted in withheld achievement payment but worse that that also clawback as end date given was before expected end of learning date?
Do I need to go into the ILR record for each learner (there are 3 like this) and edit dates and will this correct itself in R09?

If it happened in the most recent return and academic year you can just update it and it will clear on the next return.
Hi Steve, thanks and yes its literally March 25 return R08. We use Pellcomp PICs as our LMS so I will edit the now closed data on each apprentice and then re submit it with the correct data (dates) on R09 then. Many thanks
