There was a similar post recently. If the new employer wants to be involved and pay, just treat it as any change of employer. Add the new employment history record, add a new TNP3/4, set up the DAS. That should just work out. However, if there's not long left, and the EPA can be conducted without an employer, do you need to report that they have a new employer? If the employer is going to be involved and dealing with OTJ etc, that will need to be recorded.

Hi, I have a learner that was made redundant end of Feb who qualified to continue fully funded by DfE but is now starting a new job end of May. Does anyone know how I would process this in the ILR and also how I would work the remaining funding (would I minus what the DfE would have covered?)
