If it's a levy employer, just start putting it in your ILR. You should record the true start date of Sep 2022, and you can also back date the DAS to Sep 2022. You'll lose all funding that would have been due in 22/23 and 23/24, but that's correct. The end date would be able to stay as 01/09/2025 as that's still a year minimum.

If it's a non-levy employer, it's much more complicated. You can now only back date reservations on the DAS to April 2025, and your ILR start date has to match. In that case, all work done before 01/04/2025 cannot be counted as OTJ, and must be incorporated into a skills scan done as at the start date of 01/04/2025. You can't claim funding for delivery done before April 2025, so you'll lose even more funding than if it's a levy employer. When we've had cases like this, we've asked for all new contract, skills scan, training plan, apprenticeship agreements etc, as if they started in April. Your planned OTJ will be a lot lower than before as a result. Another problem, is that your end date has to be at least 01/04/2026 if your start date can only be 01/04/2025 at the earliest. If the employer won't agree to that, you just can't enrol.
