25A-213 Recording co-investment payments

Is anyone else having issues with the 25A-213 PDSAT report (recording co-investment payments) in that it's showing a zero record count but there should be learners on there? I've raised the query with KPMG but they've replied saying there is no known issue. They've asked me to send an encrypted version of the report to them so that they can investigate but I was wondering if anyone else has also raised the query and had any success?

We've experienced that for the past 2 years now and still nothing has been rectified with that report. It's not for the want of trying.

Hi Darren. Yes, they eventually did respond but they are now asking for encrypted reports which I'll send off this week. I'll post another update if I get a satisfactory answer.
