Hi,

is anyone else experiencing issues accessing SLD?

Its coming up with a 'The request is blocked' message?

I am having the same problem it just kicked in yesterday afternoon. I was actually in SLD and it just kicked me out and have not been able to get in since. I think it is the single sign-in as it affect numerous sites.

You cannot report it as you need to get past the single sign-in to get to the customer support portal

Um, there is a "guest log-in" on Customer Help if yr sign-in is bust:

Try deleting your browser history/cache. I think that the issue is due to expired tokens stored locally. Frustrating but clearing our browser cache or using an alternative browser worked for us.

Hi, just to let you know I'm also having this same issue, thank you for updating when you get a response

Hi, I usually use Edge where the problem persists, but I've switched to Chrome and it's fine, might be worth a try if you have two browsers on your machine

Hi everyone,

If you have deleted your cookies/cache and the issue persists please email customer.help@service.education.gov.uk and provide a screenshot of the error.

Kind regards,

Hi, I'm also having the same issue.

Clearing the cookies/cache does seem to work but it's not a practical solution.

We use a cloud based apprenticeship management system, and clearing cookies/cache also deletes settings I have saved for this application, so I'm constantly having to re-apply those settings each time until the Apprenticeship Service/DfE rectify the issue.
