Is anyone having an issue with the RPL section on DAS?

Hi,

my 2 colleagues have been having issues for a week now, they contacted the apprenticeship service who said it was only us, and they have sent it to the techinical team who have 10 working days to investigate!  We don't have 10 working days until the ILR shuts!  Myself and 1 other colleague can't even get into DAS it says there is an error and to contact the apprenticeship service.  I am on the phone to them now, with a big queue ahead of me,  will update here after!

That's strange because I have spoken to another training provider and the apprenticeship service desk have said the same to them too.......

It isn't isolated because that's three of us then that we know of already, I will log a call too so they are aware that its not isolated.

And totally agree , we don't have 10 days. We can get into DAS but cant process.

I will let you know if we have any updates.

I thought I would try and get into Submit learner data, and have got the message below!  I spoke with the apprenticeship service, they said they can't tell me if other people are having the issue but the technical team are aware of it and are looking into it.  I did say I hope this is going to be taken into consideration as this will delay training providers submitting their ILR!

Have you tied to log in via incognito mode?

For us it works in incognito mode. I think if you clear your cache in chrome or Edge the site should start working for you normally. Make sure you don't delete you uncheck history.

Normally when websites are updated there is a flag that the cache needs to be flushed. It doesn't seem to be happening for the DAS, or submit learner data which is weird. I think it must be something linked to the new sign in service they're using.

This is still causing problems, I can get in with chrome, but Edge fails every time, despite clearing the cache many times. My Director can't get in at all. Any other ideas on how to resolve this?

I think the only effective option really is incognito mode as Sam says really sorry Martin, that's all I can say for now until we look into it a bit further.

Other than that I would raise a query to see if you can gain any further guidance
