Submit Learner Data/ILR/Help Portal - Error

Hi all,

My colleague can get into DAS, but can't get to the RPLE section, which I know various other providers are experience.  I cannot get to anything at all, DAS, Submit Learner Data or the Help portal.  Can I ask that if you see this, that you check if it is the same for you, and if so put in a request to the helpdesk, as they have told me the technical team are looking into but we may have to wait 10 working days!  Not helpful when the ILR closes a week on Friday.  It would be helpful for the help desk to put out a blanket email so everyone is aware and doesn't keep phoning them.  I did mention to the help desk that I hope that if this isn't dealt with soon there will be extensions applied to the ILR close down date!

I can get into the Portal and DAS and have uploaded this morning

I had that! It was only in Chrome and not in Edge, so I tried Delete Browsing Data, got rid of everything as below, and it fixed it.
