incorrect end date

Created

I have identified a learner whos planned end date is significantly wrong.

As the result of an admin error both start and end date were recorded as 22-03-2023

however this is only on the component aim, not the main ZPROG aim.

do i still follow the guidance below; https://guidance.submit-learner-data.service.gov.uk/provider-support-manual/article/recording-learner-changes-in-the-ilr#article-Continuing%20learners%20whose%20Learning%20planned%20end%20date%20has%20now%20been%20identified%20as%20significantly%20incorrect

Presuming it's not English or Maths and just a generic Component, it's not that important (in that it's not funding or QAR-related). Would be tempted to just withdraw it on the start date and add a new one with the proper dates.

Same as Steve, just make sure your MI system doesn't automatically exclude the aim from your ILR if you withdraw with a matching start and actual end date (ProSolution does that unless you tick "attended for one day", which basically means "keep it in the ILR").
