Presuming it's not English or Maths and just a generic Component, it's not that important (in that it's not funding or QAR-related). Would be tempted to just withdraw it on the start date and add a new one with the proper dates.
Same as Steve, just make sure your MI system doesn't automatically exclude the aim from your ILR if you withdraw with a matching start and actual end date (ProSolution does that unless you tick "attended for one day", which basically means "keep it in the ILR").

I have identified a learner whos planned end date is significantly wrong.
As the result of an admin error both start and end date were recorded as 22-03-2023
however this is only on the component aim, not the main ZPROG aim.
