Take learner off levy, but pay remaining commercially - QAR

Hi everyone,
We have a unique situation where an employer wants to terminate the learner contract due to their work structure. They confirmed they are happy to pay for the remaining funding so that the learner can achieve her apprenticeship. This means taking off her the levy. Financially, we obviously don't have an issue, but I just want to understand the implication on QAR for this learner if we change their funding code. Is it possible to do that without affecting the QAR?

Nope, a withdrawal is a withdrawal, so it's going to affect your QAR, in the same way as if the employer just stopped the app.
