All of these on FALA seem to have had LDNS set to 31/07/2024. Has this provision been withdrawn altogether?
I am sure i have used one of these earlier in 24/25 with no rure violations. Can anyone clarify if they acn be used in 24/25 and on into 25/26?

From 24/25, the only way to use Adult funded non-reg is to use the Tailored Learning codes. If you used adult funded non-reg in 23/24, you should have been given a TL allocation to replace that I think?
UNLESS you're in a devolved area which has chosen to keep them (this was, I thought, only going to be for 24/25, but I note they have 31/7/26 as LDNS for MCA/GLA...).
