What do you mean by the pathway enrolment in the ILR? We don't report the pathway in the ILR, and the Z00 code we have to report is just a meaningless admin tool. The Z00 code will be the same for any given Standard, whichever pathway you pick. Any regulated aims that you might have been doing that were specific to the pathway can just be transferred as you've said. They may indicate to your organisation which pathway they're on, but the regulated aims don't identify pathway in the ILR.
We have whole different Offering codes for different pathways, so we have to shuffle them about on internal codes, but keep the programme data the same in the ILR.
Hi Rachel
From memory, this was a change of employer and a change of Pathway (the employer change was within 30 days of leaving the old employer). I used the change of employer function on DAS and then added the residual prices. once the new employer approved the record, I was able to change the Pathway on DAS - they then had to approve this change.
We did not stop the apprentice back to the start - he was with in the 30 day period so no withdrawal / stop was required.
Hope that helps? Thanks - Rachel

Apprenticeship Standard - Pathway Change

I have a plumbing apprentice who is changing form the Domestic Gas pathway to the Domestic Air Source Heat Pump Pathway. I have left the ZPROG code as enrolment status 1 and have changed the enrolment status code on the Gas pathway to Transferred with a withdrawal reason of '40'. I have then added the new pathway enrolment (changing the start date accordingly).
Is this the correct way to do it (w are new ProSolution users)? The DAS has had the Pathway changed and approved by the employer.
Thanks
