Just change the ULN for your next ILR return.
It would also be a good idea to contact the LRS directly to explain the issue, as you'll have been reporting all the enrolments against the wrong ULN. I suspect that any ILR data may just disappear from that other person if they don't exist in your next ILR, but they might not. If you've sent the ULN to any awarding bodies, they'll need to know too, or any awarding body data that feeds the LRS will be on the wrong person.
The LRS can get a bit shirty when you make admin errors, but that can and will fix it, even if they give you a telling off first, or more frequently not believe you that it was the wrong ULN. They once threatened to ban us from using the LRS after we accidentally submitted a batch of fake students (which they then refused to delete). Not sure how that would work for the ILR if we couldn't obtain ULNs!
Thank you so much for your reply and advice Ruth Canham-James.
I hadn't thought about contacting LRS but will definitely do that to try and avoid getting into trouble!

Incorrect ULN
Created
Hi,
We have recently found out that one of our learners has been set up against an incorrect ULN (same name and DOB but different person!) The learner has been with us for over 12 months. The helpdesk advised us how to amend the DAS account and this has now been amended however I am unsure as to whether I can just amend the ULN in PICS for the learner or will I need to withdraw the current record and add as a new record. The Helpdesk referred me back to the Provider Support Manual but I couldn't see anything about changing a ULN.
Any advise would be much appreciated.
Thanks
